Q – Which side of the cover goes up, black or colored?

A – Colored side faces up and black is always down.

Q – When replacing cover through our Swimline warranty, how much is it to upgrade?

A – To upgrade a cover it is an additional $15.00

Ex: 8yr Super to a 10yr Supreme would be $15.00

8yr Super to 15yr Silver would be $30.00.

Q – How many grommets should there be around the covers?

A – For A/G 2 grommets every 2 feet for I/G 1 grommet every 4 feet.
